      海上溢油对海洋生态造成的灾难性的影响,甚至在几十年内都难以恢复。本文基于SAR数据开展海上溢油监测探测条件分析,在后向散射系数计算的基础上,从波段、极化方式、入射角等方面开展了海上溢油监测探测参数分析。结果表明:基于SAR的海上溢油监测,从波段分析,X波段与C波段较L波段更适合监测海上溢油;从极化方式分析,VV极化较HH、HV极化更适合监测海上溢油;从入射角分析,在计算溢油与海水临界值时,经多次实验:位于远入射角的疑似溢油,不易与海水分离;相对近入射角的疑似溢油,较容易与海水分离。ALOS PALSAR影像的入射角范围约在23度到43度之间,COSMO-SlyMed入射角范围在32度到35度之间,易于将海水与溢油分离的入射角范围大致为23度到35度。

      Oil spill influences sea ecology, even with difficulty restores in several dozens years. This article based on the SAR data development marine oil spill monitor survey condition analysis, in the backscattering coefficient computation's foundation, from aspects and so on wave band, polarization mode, incidence angle has carried out the marine oil spill monitor survey parametric analysis. The result shows: Based on the SAR marine oil spill monitor, from the wave band analysis, X wave band and the C wave band compares the L wave band more suitable monitor marine oil spill; From the polarization mode analysis, VV polarization compares HH, the HV polarization more suitable monitor marine oil spill; From incidence angle analysis, when computation oil spill and sea water marginal value, after tests many times: Located at the far incidence angle's doubtful oil spill, separates not easily with the sea water; The relatively near incidence angle's doubtful oil spill, separates easily with the sea water. ALOS the PALSAR phantom's incidence angle scope approximately between 23 degrees to 43 degrees, the COSMO-SlyMed incidence angle scope between 32 degrees to 35 degrees, the incidence angle scope which separates the sea water and the oil spill is approximately easy 23 degrees to 35 degrees.
