“数字海洋”原型系统是我国近海“数字海洋”信息基础框架构建的重要组成部分,是我国综合性海洋信息管理和应用的基础性集成平台。基于对不同的用户群体需求特征和应用模式分析,将“数字海洋”原型系统划分为“管理版”和“公众版”两个版本,并针对管理版提出了以空间结构为基准和面向应用主题两种不同的软件结构设计思路和模块划分方法。分别从软件架构设计、运行环境设计和功能设计三个方面对“数字海洋”原型系统管理版和公众版研发技术进行了研究,并重点讨论了海洋要素四维时空表达和典型灾害过程可视化两项关键技术问题及其功能实现。 |

Digital ocean prototype system is a key part of the China digital ocean information basic framework and the basic integration platform for China ocean information management and application. Firstly, the China digital ocean prototype system is divided into two versions, i.e. management version and public version based on the analysis on the different requirement and application model of different users. Then the two software architecture and model designs are put forward according to spatial composing and application themes. Lastly, the digital ocean prototype system development technology is studied from three aspects, i.e. software architecture, hardware environment and function model design, in which the oceanic element spatiotemporal representation technology and representative oceanic disaster process representation technology are studied in detail. |
